"Decent desk for the price"
I found this desk cheaper here than on a few other sites, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Shipping was alright, nothing too exciting. I wasn’t totally sure how the quality would be at this price, and I still wonder how well it’ll hold up over time, but so far it’s better than I expected for the money.

"Box was beat up, but they made it right"
My table showed up with the box banged up from delivery, and there was a little damage, which was definitely frustrating. I reached out to Cymax and they got it taken care of quickly. Not the smoothest start, but things happen, and I appreciated how they handled it

"Pretty good with the order updates"
I’d probably give it 4 stars. Cymax did keep me in the loop, which I appreciated. Order updates, shipping changes, that kind of thing. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, honestly. But I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. So yeah, overall, decent experience.

I had a problem with my order and, i wasn’t really sure how the whole thing was going to play out because sometimes customer service can be a hassle. But Cymax support got back to me quickly and actually took the time to explain what was going on, which I appreciated because I like knowing the reason behind the issue and not just getting a vague answer. Once they explained it, they helped get everything sorted out, and the fix ended up happening faster than I thought it would. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I ordered a TV stand from Cymax and was a little nervous the color might look different in person. You know how product photos can be a bit misleading sometimes, but these were actually really accurate, especially the wood tone and the handles.
When it showed up, it looked pretty much exactly like what I thought I was getting. No weird surprises or anything, which is all you really want when ordering furniture online. I’m happy with it.

"Checkout was quick and easy"
I had a really easy time checking out on cymax.com. I added everything to my cart and the page loaded like it was supposed to, which I always appreciate because sometimes that’s where websites start acting up. The payment step was straightforward too, and it went through fast without making me re-enter anything or wonder if it actually worked. I also got the confirmation email right away, so I knew the order had been placed. Overall, it was a smooth checkout experience and I don’t really have anything to complain about.

I ordered a desk from Cymax and, to be fair, it showed up on time and the price was reasonable. I was kind of expecting there to be some catch or a missing part, but everything was there and it went together without any real trouble. They could maybe be a bit better with updates, but overall I’m happy with the desk.

"Way easier to put together than I thought"
I ordered a desk from cymax.com and was a little nervous about the assembly part, but it ended up being painless. All the pieces were in the box and the instructions were clear enough to follow. I put it together by myself in about an hour or so. Nothing showed up damaged and all the holes lined up like they should, which was a relief. Happy with it overal.

"Refund showed up waaay faster than expected"
I ended up canceling my order because I accidentally bought the wrong size. Not gonna lie, I was a little worried the refund was going to take foreeeever.
But cymax handled it quickly. I got the confirmation email the very next day, and the money was back on my card just a few days after that.

I ordered a desk from Cymax and, i was kind of expecting at least one screw or cap to be missing because that always seems to happen, right? But everything was there, even the tiny hardware pieces. The instructions actually matched the parts too, which made putting it together way less frustrating than I thought it would be. Relieved, honestly.

I ordered a TV stand from Cymax and I’ll be honest, I was kind of nervous about how it would arrive since it was heavy. I feel like I’m not the only one who worries about big furniture getting beat up in shipping, right?
But it actually showed up in great shape with no dents, cracked corners, or missing parts. The box had plenty of padding and everything inside was wrapped neatly, so it seemed like they really took some care with it. Maybe I just got lucky, but I was genuinely happy with the packaging

"Could’ve Used Clearer Instructions"
I got through everything in the end, but I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer. It was mostly easy to figure out, and I found what I needed, but there were a couple of moments where I had to pause and make sure I was doing it right. Checkout was fine once I got there.

I ordered a desk from Cymax and, to be safe, I double-checked all the measurements and details before buying. It ended up matching the description well, the size and color were what I expected.
